The beer is brewed with natural water from Myoko Kogen and has a fine foam and a rich aroma of malt and hops. It is characterized by its rich flavor and refreshing texture.

09 MITSUKE Local Brewery

Founded in Mitsuke City in 2018. The head brewer, a former bartender, pours his love for his hometown and a sense of fun into this drink. A microbrewery that brews a wide variety of craft beers in small quantities.

10 tamtam brewing × lagoon cola

A unique brewery run by a wine farmer, focusing on domestic ingredients and no additives. The store will be opened in collaboration with LAGOONCOLA, a craft cola born from Niigata's beautiful nature and fermentation culture.

11 Ushitora Brewery

They don't have standard products, but rather offer limited edition beers that can only be found in that season and at that moment! We offer a variety of interesting beers that can only be achieved through small-scale brewing.

13 Kotobuki Sushi c/o Maimon Sushi

A Spanish restaurant founded in 1977 Enjoy ingredients imported directly from Spain, such as white asparagus and Jamon Serrano, which are hard to find even in Spain, as well as fidewa and paella, which won first prize at an international competition held in Spain.

Based on the concept of Chinese home cooking, this restaurant offers Chinese home cooking for everyone from children to adults. Be sure to try authentic Chinese cuisine, including shrimp chili, stir-fried pork with vegetables, mixed vegetables, and xiaolongbao, all easily enjoyed. There is also a new focus on Niigata ingredients and soul food. The noodles are made with specially selected Yukichikara wheat from Yahiko Village, Niigata. The rice used is the Niigata brand "Shinnosuke." Other popular dishes include mapo noodles, which are said to have originated in Niigata, and persimmon seed fried rice, made with persimmon seeds grown in Niigata.

These gluten-free kushikatsu skewers boast a unique texture and a light, fluffy batter that's deep-fried using the best rice in Japan, "Koshihikari rice flour from Minamiuonuma," so you can eat as many as you want. The store has a wide selection of alcoholic beverages from Niigata, including famous local sake from Niigata, as well as Niigata-exclusive beer and wine. Please enjoy the perfect marriage of Niigata's fine sake and Niigata kushikatsu.

25 Izakaya Sarai

This izakaya offers carefully selected ingredients and local cuisine from Niigata, as well as sake and other delicious foods from all over the country. At lunchtime, you can enjoy the "Agano Pork Bowl" made with Agano City's brand pork, "Pure White Bianca," and the "Niigata Set Meal" featuring "seasonal Niigata ingredients." At dinner time, we offer special dishes that are a little extra effort into the usual dishes, such as sashimi made from fresh fish mainly from Sado and minced meat cutlets made with snow-aged pork! This is an izakaya where you can have fun drinking not only sake but also beer and highballs!

As a restaurant specializing in authentic Hakata motsunabe, we aim to convey its charm to as many customers as possible and provide a dining experience that will make you want to brag about it to your loved ones when you get home.

27 Tsubame-Sanjo Sake Mentei Jun

This is the latest store of Sakementei Jun, which has been promoting Tsubame-Sanjo-style ramen nationwide. The flavor has evolved thanks to the artisans who grew up alongside the industry in Tsubame-Sanjo, a town of manufacturing. Enjoy the latest back fat Chinese noodles from owner Sakementei Jun, who has continued to innovate by adding rock seaweed to his ramen while inheriting the traditional flavor that continues to be loved by locals, with a dried sardine soy sauce soup, back fat, crispy onions and thick noodles. We will deliver a bowl of ramen with sincerity, using the same "every noodle with soul" approach that has remained unchanged since the company's founding.

We offer carefully crafted ramen, with a focus on our main product, "Awa Niboshi Soba." Enjoy a wonderful time at our restaurant, where attention is paid to every detail, including a rich soup that makes the most of the flavor of chicken and the aroma of dried sardines, rare char siu that takes 72 hours to prepare before being served, and stylish table sets.

This new concept involves mixing homemade extra-thick noodles with a soup packed with sauce and umami, and allowing you to customize the flavor by choosing from a variety of toppings to your liking. "Ramen" with a soup made from carefully simmered pork bones, extra-thick noodles, plenty of vegetables and roast pork to fill your stomach.

30 Daruma-ya NIIGATA BASE

Founded over 40 years ago, we now offer a cup of coffee that has been enjoyed in Niigata for many years, delivered from Niigata Station to people all over the country. The signature dish, "Daruma Ramen," is a unique "Japanese-style tonkotsu flavor" that combines slowly cooked pork bone soup with seafood stock. Furthermore, the entire bowl is covered in high-quality back fat, giving it a mellow and deep flavor.
