In the middle of this bridge is a balcony called the Train Museum. Including Shinkansen and limited express trains, the Yamanote Line and Keisei Line, you can see about a total 2500 trains of about 20 different types in a single day.

The shrine is a branch shrine of the Suwa Grand Shrine in Nagano Prefecture and Takeminakata-no-Mikoto (one of the two principal deities of the Suwa Grand Shrine) is enshrined. Founded in 1205, it has gained widespread faith as the Sochinju (local Shinto deity) of Nippori (formerly Nīhori) and Yanaka.

This pedestrian bridge offers views of train car replacement work at JR Freight Sumidagawa Depot, established in 1896, and its surroundings.

The Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Tsukuba Express Line run underground in the city center, rising above ground near Minami-Senju, and crossing the Sumida River alongside the JR Joban Line. The banks of the Sumida River have been developed as a promenade called the Sumida River Terrace. There is a precious waterfront space in the city center and is used by many people. This is both the station of origin and the destination station of the Toden Arakawa Line which runs between Waseda and Minowabashi. It is one of the Best 100 Kanto Stations and was renovated in Heisei 19 (2007) with a retro design inspired by the year Showa 30 (1955). Along the railway line, there are around 13,000 roses of 140 kinds in full bloom, which won the Grand Prize for "Making Flower Tourism Spots" during the flower season. In October of Heisei 30 (2018), the Minowabashi Omoide Hall was opened. It is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday (open on public holidays).

Extending 3,500 tsubo (11,500m2) in the Edo Period, there are a number of stone Buddha and stone monuments,including an inscription on a Koshinmachikuyo monument from 1666. In front of the main hall the Mikawashima Kanon is enshrined in remembrance of the tragedy of the kokuden(current JR) Mikawashima accident in 1962.

Machiya Station is a transportation hub where the Toden Arakawa Line, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and Keisei Line intersect. The Toden Arakawa Line and Keisei Line cross at ground level, so you can see the trains crossing up close. Machiya Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line has an "Exit 0," which is unusual.

Selected as one of the “New Tokyo 100 Views”, this is the largest park in Arakawa City. There are artificial ponds modeled after the topography of Arakawa City, as well as a Traffic Garden where you can have fun learning traffic rules. In summer, the Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle Observation Garden and Waiwai Swimming Pool are opened. [Closed: 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month (in the case of national holidays, the next day)]

The playground is located on the Arakawa riverbed. There is a youth baseball field, a football field, and a "health space" with exercise equipment. The playground is located in Adachi Ward, but is operated by Arakawa Ward. The Nippori-Toneri Liner crosses the Arakawa River on the west side of the space, and since there are no tall buildings nearby, you can get a panoramic view of the Adachi and Arakawa wards from the liner.

This is the only ward amusement park in Tokyo, and it was reopened after renovating in 2022. A wide range of people can enjoy Norimono Square, which has a 40m tall Ferris wheel, and Animal Square, which has a lot of animals. Admission fee: Adults 800 yen, Elementary school students 200 yen. At Toden Omoide Hiroba, two valuable old Toden vehicles are on display in a space designed to resemble a nostalgic bus stop. Additionally, inside the vehicles on display are a mock driver's cab, a diorama inspired by the Tokyo Sakura Tram line, and a display case with historical materials.

This facility combines the Central Library, Akira Yoshimura Memorial Museum of Literature, and Yuinomori Children's Plaza. We also hold story sessions, lectures, and workshops.

The owner is a baker who trained in Provence in southern France. Their canelés, made with a traditional recipe using Mozart chocolate liqueur, are extremely popular. Other proud offerings include baguette Provence, which recreates the taste of southern France, croissants made with French butter, and leaf-shaped fougasse.

Ota Dokan, known as the builder of Edo Castle during the Muromachi period, also has ties to Arakawa Ward.
