Michi-no-Eki Mie
国道326号沿いにある道の駅です。地元で採れた新鮮な野菜や加工品、特産品がそろい、豊後大野らしい味覚に出会えます。敷地内の展望ゾーンからは、河岸段丘と田園風景が広がる「江内戸の景」を望むことができ、買い物と景色の両方を楽しめる立ち寄りスポットです。

Harajiri Falls
This impressive waterfall, measuring 120 meters wide and 20 meters high, suddenly appears in the Ogata Plain. It's a landscape formed over a long period of time by the erosion of pyroclastic flow deposits from a massive eruption of Mount Aso approximately 90,000 years ago, and has been selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls." Its magnificent scenery, unfolding amidst the rural landscape, is one of Bungo-Ono's most representative attractions.

Shizuda Falls
This famous waterfall is also known as the model for the "Chinden Waterfall" painting by Sesshu, a sumi-e (ink painting) artist from the Muromachi period. It consists of a male and female waterfall, and its charm lies in being able to enjoy the different expressions of the water flowing from each. The remains of a power plant also remain in the surrounding area, making it a nationally registered monument spot where the power of nature and the history of the region intertwine to create an impressive landscape.

The landscape of Iwato
This is a magnificent cliff view at the confluence of the Ohnogawa and Okutakegawa rivers. The lower and upper halves of the cliff are formed by pyroclastic flows from different periods, offering a fascinating glimpse into the formation of the land. Tosoko Gorge

Shibakita Kumano Shrine
At Kumano Shrine in Inukai-cho, a cliff of welded tuff formed by the Aso pyroclastic flow approximately 90,000 years ago stretches out behind the shrine building.
