Since we only serve non-pork bone broth ramen, it might not be satisfying for tonkotsu lovers, but our chef husband says, "The dipping sauce for tsukemen is just like potage." We offer two original sauces: a "white" sauce made by blending several kinds of seafood broth with vegetables, chicken, and chicken stock, and a "red" sauce with spicy chili oil.
